I started this book before bed and found myself staying up late into the night to finish! The characters feel like people I could know in real life, and it was a captivating read from beginning to end. I wished that I could be Annabelle and travel to another world when I fall asleep because the world created by the author is full of wonder and excitement. Great book for ANY age!

Fun and heart-warming tale of finding home. … I usually find books with dream themes to be a bit overdone. Not the case here. This book did dreams in a way I haven’t seen before, and I really enjoyed it. Ann and Annabelle are great characters, and I loved their unfolding mystery. Annabelle’s world felt a bit more detailed than Ann’s. Since Annabelle’s was a fantasy realm, this didn’t bother me… I think middle school kids (particularly girls) would really enjoy this, as would young-at-heart adults looking for a feel-good tale about family and finding your place.

I just read this book and I loved it. I loved how the fantasy and ‘real’ world were combined. The story line flowed very well and kept me wanting to read more to see how it ended. Would highly recommend to teen girls and older.
